Another great day!
Went out for a run this morning. Mild temperature, high 30's, occasional light breeze. It was very pleasant, with some birdsong to accompany me.
Breakfast, shower.
Went out for errands before going to a meeting, which was very good.
Chores, supper, a quiet rest of the evening.
Tomorrow is the annual physical.
