Another great day, though cold...
Single digits cold.
Went to therapy; making progress. The exercises that are "helping" make the affected area really sore. I can only trust that it will eventually be all better.
And dinner tonight with the Best Co-Workers Ever.
Tomorrow I get to work with some of them.
