Another great day!
Went out this morning for errands. Came back, met the homeowner and insulation person.
Ohmygosh.
He had a nifty little machine that showed the temperatures of whatever it was aimed at.
And, what do you know, this house is sooo leaky at the basement sill plate. And there is no insulation under the kitchen/crawlspace. And only about 3 inches of old timey insulation in the attic.
This landord is awesome--she asked when the work could be done, so I'm guessing it is going to be a go.
After they left, I went out for groceries.
A quiet rest of the night.
