Yes, it was Another Great Day!
Went to the class to renew not only my Basic Life Support certificate for another 2 years, but the Instructor certificate, too.
Stopped back at the house for a bite to eat, then up to see Leah for a wonderful massage.
She worked her magic, finding so much "ick" in the upper half of my back. And then above the hip, where the spasm is releasing. It's all tied together....
I feel so much better tonight, though my hip is pretty sore. As long as it's healing.
Tomorrow is a doctor appointment.
