Another great day!

Went to therapy at a new place.

This Therapist, Robin, did a great job.  She worked on me for almost an hour, then hooked up a "stimulator",  covered the area with an ice pack, and left me for 20 minutes.

I've been "fatigued" most of the remainder of the day.  But I do think the spasm was released.  And I'm not as sore as I thought I might be.  (so far...)

Tomorrow is a dental appointment, and a meeting.
