Another great day!
Went for a dental cleaning. Hygienist said I was "doing a great job".
Doctor came in for his "exam". "Visual evidence of decay under existing repair".
Ugh.
I know what that means.
Scheduled for a removal of old filling, remove new decay, and refill. Ick.
Went out for a walk in the sun this afternoon. Was definitely colder than it looked out there.
Laundry and other household tasks.
Tomorrow is an appointment in Lansing, then another therapy appointment.
