Didn't sleep real well, and woke up tired.
Off to the meeting.
When I got back home, I fixed lunch and ate before going to the massage appointment.
Leah did what she does, focusing on the lymph system, helping to drain the junk that's been making me sick.
At home, I had a little bit to eat, and I was so tired, I slept off and on the rest of the evening.
So I'll go to bed, and hopefully sleep some more, before getting up at 0430 to get to the J.O.B.
