What a beautiful sunny day today!!
It was cold, though, to start the day. I went out for a run about 1:45, after it warmed up to the high 30's. I was surprised--when I started out, it felt like I was finishing up. Don't know why; I just kept on, treating myself gently. I even walked a half a block sooner than usual. ??? I don't know...... but it was beautiful out there. I sat outdoors for a while, listening to the birds and enjoying the sun.
I had a quiet rest of the day. And I'm feeling better. Still not well, but better. With white noise in my ears.
Tomorrow is a workday.
