A great day today!
Went out for a run this morning. Walked on one of the last inclines, but ran the rest of the way.
Can't decide if the ankle is better or not; trying to persuade myself to spend the money for a chiropractic appointment.
Sat outdoors reading, watching and listening to the birds. The robins were going into the nest again. There are 3 more eggs. I'm surprised they didn't change nests.
A quiet evening.
Tomorrow is mandatory extra hours. Hope I'm not needed.
