Another great day!

Spring drizzle/light rain on and off, mostly on, most of the day. The birds are picking at the bugs and worms.

After the morning meeting, the plumbers came over and repaired a leak and connected the outdoor faucet that had been overlooked? when the remodel was done. The drain guy also came over--he was here for a couple of hours.

He ran the snake thing quite a ways out (about 20 feet, I heard him say to the guys) before hitting the big snag.  He worked and worked it, and found it to be roots. He pulled out a couple of huge chunks of roots. Maybe 2 gallons or more, if I compare it to a milk jug. Happy to have it done, and to have a landlord that is prompt with repairs. (so far...)

While he was roto-rooting, I cleaned the glass in the china cabinet before putting that back together. I've emptied several boxes, moving other stuff around and organizing. It's nice to be able to walk through, not stepping around and over. I'm getting there.

Tomorrow is a work day.
