I didn't sleep well again last night, but didn't have to get up this morning, so when I woke about 0730, I listened to the radio a bit before getting up.
The sun came up in a blue sky; I went out for a run a couple hours later.
Breakfast and shower, and I looked at the internet a little before going over to Leah's for a massage.
She did a fabulous job, as always. Thank you, Leah.
Supper, a couple of phone calls, and a quiet evening.
Tomorrow is a cardiology appointment, just a follow up. I haven't had very many "episodes" since the Femara switched to a generic. Hmmm.
